N. Jordan, the place of the residence of W. T. Jordan, on the 7th day of September 1903 during the last sickness of said W. T. Jordan, who was rational and conscious of the fact that he could not live much longer, said W. T. Jordan called us around him and then and there said to us, I make this Statement as my Will, I want all the property I have to go to my Mother (Mrs. J. N. Jordan) at my death. My lands, mules, wagon & buggy, and all the other property I own, both real and personal for her own use and benefit , to use as she may choose, to have and control or sell said property and use the proceeds as she may deem proper. Mrs. Nettie Ingram Mrs. Fannie May Hawkins Mrs. Sarah S. Jordan Personally come before me Mrs. Nettie Ingram, Mrs. Fannie May Hawkins & Mrs. Sarah S. Jordan who upon oath says that the above and foregoing is in substance and as deponents believe the last words used by W. T. Jordan during his last sickness or illness on the 7th day of September 1903. To us in our presence and we in the presence of each other. Nettie Ingram Fannie May Hawkins Sarah S. Jordan late of said county, having been supported by the above affidavit of Mrs. Nettie Ingram, Mrs. Fannie May Hawkins & Mrs. Mrs. Sarah S.
