I do therefore make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all others by me heretofore made. 1st I desire that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner. 2nd I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executors herein appointed and named. 3rd I give, bequeath, and devise my beloved wife Lizzie Neal all this tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 8th district of said County, Lot not known containing ten acres more or less to have and to hold during her natural life, and after her death to be equally divided between my two sons Bob and Jacob. I also give to my wife all the money that may be recovered for my mule which was killed by Jacob Caslin, all my household and kitchen furniture, farming tools, and one dun colored Heifer caw, also all the proceeds of the crop now growing, after paying my debts. 4th The residue of my property wherever or whatever it may be including that given to my wife to be equally divided between my sons, Bob Jones and Jacob Neal 5th I hereby constitute and appoint my friends A. C. Whittle and J. W. Means Executors of this my last Will and Testament this July 28th 1873 Scott Neal his mark Signed sealed declared and published by Scott Neal as his last Will and Testament in presence of us the two undersigned who subscribe our names hereto in presence of said Testator at his special instance and request and in presence of each other. Jackson State of Georgia Pike County We William Fincher, Charles Cassline and Manuel Moreland three of the [ _ _ _ ] witnesses to the within Will do solemnly swear that we saw Scott Neal sign seal and heard him publish and declare this writing to be and contain his will and at the time thereof he was of sound disposing mind and memory, That he did it freely, without compulsion to the best of our knowledge and belief.
