G. Smith on the East by J. G. Smith’s shop, on the West by Sardis street and on the South by Zebulon street, to my sister Mary E. Huff, to be hers absolutely and in fee simple. Signed declared & published by Lizzie Ozborn as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us the subscribers who subscribe our names hereto in the presence of said Testator and of each other, she signing in our presence and we signing in her presence March 11th 1909 Lizzie Ozborn John F. Redding named as a witness to the within writing purporting to be the last will of Lizzie Ozborn who being duly sworn deposes and says that he with Mrs. Kathleen Marshall & Miss Nannie Howard did on the 11th day of March 1901 attest as witnesses the within writing in the presence of Lizzie Ozborn who in their presence voluntarily signed and published the same as her last will & the said Lizzie Ozborn was at the time of siad attestation & signing of sound and disposing Mind and Memory John F. Redding Sworn to and subscribed before me March 13 1911 Pike Court of Ordinary April 3rd 1911 There being no Executor named in the foregoing Will it is ordered that the same be record as having been proven in Common Form April 3rd 1911 J.
