Prichard of Said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory I do make this my last will and Testament, hereby revoking all others heretofore made by me. Item 1 I wish my executor as soon as possible after my death to pay my debts if any I should owe. Item 2 I give to my nephew, George Crowder Williamson, my house and Lot which I use and occupy on Elm St. in the city of Barnesville, Pike Co. Ga. I give this property to George in consideration of a promise of my husband, William Hurst Prichard, to do [ _ ] a child’s part by him when given to us by his father & mother and as my house and lot was purchased with my husband’s life insurance money I deem it my duty to give it to George, who has assisted me financially many times since my husbands death Item 3 I give to George C. Williamson and Irene Williamson all my household furniture and all my personal property of any and every kind, same to be equally divided between them except those items herein after willed to Miss Margaret Bryant. It is my will and desire that said George C. Williamson and his sister Irene Williamson shall have all my personal property which I may own at the time of my death and the same shall be divided equally between them, except the specific articles given to Miss Bryant my faithful housekeeper. Item 4 I give to Miss Margaret Bryant, my housekeeper the sum of $50.00, same to be paid to her by George Williamson out of what I give him, I also give Miss Bryant my cane back rocking chair and one packing trunk. I hereby appoint Geo. C. Williamson executor of this will In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand This the 19th day of June 1909 Mrs. Georgia C Prichard Signed and published by Mrs. Georgia C. Prichard as her last will and testament in the presence of the undersigned who subscribe our names hereto as witnesses at the instance and request of said Testator and in her presence and in the presence of each other This the 19th day of June 1909 J. D. Hightower C. W. Graddick C. J. Lester Before me personally appeared C. J. Lester, named as a witness to the within and foregoing writing, purporting to be the last of Mrs. Georgia C. Prichard, who being duly sworn, deposed and says that he with J. D. Hightower and C. W. Graddick, did on the 19th day of June 1909, attest and witness the within and foregoing writing in the presence of Mrs. Georgia C. Prichard who in their presence voluntarily signed and published the same as her last will and testament and that the said Mrs. Georgia C. Prichard was at the time of said attestation and signing of sound and disposing mind and memory C. J. Lester Sworn and subscribed before me This Dec. 6 [?] 6 1910 I do solemnly swear that this writing contains the true last will of the within named Mrs. Georgia C. Prichard deceased as far as I know or believe, that I will well and truly execute the same in accordance with the laws of the State of Ga. So help me God George C.
