Georgia Pike	)  I, Arden S. Rucker, being at this time at my 
County  	)  residence in Williamsville in the state and
County aforesaid in my right mind and memory meditating
on my certain approach to death, I do make and declare
this to be my last will and testament, this thirteenth day of 
May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred 
And fifty six in manner and form following:  That 
is to say I commit my soul into the hands of God who
made me.

Secondly, After paying all my honest debts I desire that my beloved
wife Ann R. Rucker should have the remainder of
my estate both real and personal to sell or trade in 
any manner she may think proper for her satisfaction
and benefit and that she is at liberty to distribute 
it as she may think proper at any time among my
children.    Signed sealed and delivered in the presence 
of 	Imus M. Madden	                  A. S. Rucker
	John Banks
	R. A. Cochran


State of Georgia	)  
Pike County	)  We, Imus M. Madden, John Banks and Robert A
Cochran do solemnly swear that we saw Arden S. Rucker 
sign, seal and heard him publish and declare this
making to be and contain his will and at the time  that 
he was of sound disposing manner and memory and that
he did it freely without compulsion to the best of our 
knowledge and belief.   And we do further swear that
we signed the same in the presence of the Testater
and in the presence of each other as witnesses.
