I Nathan Vinson of the state of Georgia and county of Pike aforesaid being in a down and weak state of bodily health but of sound and disposing mind and memory and considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof and to the end that I may the better be prepared to leave this world when ever it may please God to Call me. Hence I do therefore make and declare this my last will and testament in the manner following viz- First and principally I commend my soul to Almighty God my creator hoping for true pardon and remission of all my sins and to enjoy everlasting happiness in the Heavenly Kingdoms through Jesus Christ my saviour. My body I commit to the earth to be directly interred at the discretion of my surviving friends and I will that all my just debts as shall be of mine owing at my death together with my funeral expenses and all charged touching the proving or otherwise concerning this my will. Thereby first, paid and satisfied. The my wish is that my Brother James Vinson have of my Estate ten dollars and no more. And that my brother Levin Vinson, lawful heirs have five dollars and no more of my estate and my sister Hilary Carny if living or her lawful heirs if she be not alive have ten dollars of my estate and no more, then I will and bequeath the whole of my remaining Estate to be equally divided between Cherry Vinson also Cherrie Wise and Ariminia(?or Syvinia) my daughter who married Daniel Colvin to have benefit during her life by my will is that said Colvin have no control of her distribution share but that it be and remain the property of there heirs of her body after her death. Any my daughter Elizabeth Suddeth and my daughter Nancy Vinson also Nancy Wise and my daughter Fildey Vinson and my Son Haris H. Vinson also Harris H. Wise be equally divided share and share alike and I hereby revoke all former wills made by me and declare this my last will in witness of which I do hereunto sit my seal and subscribe with my own hand this the eleventh day of June A.
