Pike County}  In the Name of God Amen!
  I E N Huckaby of said state and county being of sound mind and advanced in 
age know that I must soon depart this like make and declare this to be my last 
will and testament hereby revoking all others made by me.
Item 1st  I will that all my just debts be paid by my executor and executrix 
herein named
Item 2     I hereby appoint my son in law W S Scott and my wife Lucy W Huckaby 
executor and executrix to carry out this my will.
Item 3     I will and bequeath all of my property both real and personal to my 
wife her life time - At her death I will that W S Scott sell the property and 
after paying debts divide equally between my children M F Scott, C H Huckaby, 
W T Huckaby, E C Ballard, H C Wilson, E J Loftin & J A Huckaby.
          E N Huckaby seal.
signed seal declared & published by the said E N Huckaby to be his last will 
and testament in the presence of us who have signed the same as witnesses also 
in each others presence.

At chambers Pike Court of Ordinary November 14 1887
   Before me came B M Owen names as a witness to the within paper purporting 
to be the last will and testament of E N Huckaby deceased and being duly sworn 
saith that he together with J W Dunbar and J A Williams the other witnesses to 
said will did attest the within paper as his E N Huckaby's last will.
That he signed the same in their presence and that they attested the same as 
witnesses at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other- 
that E N Huckaby was at the time of said attestation and signing by himself of 
sound and disposing mind and memory and executed the within paper voluntarily -

Pike County}  I do solemnly swear that this writing contains the true last 
will of the within named E N Huckaby deceased so far as I know or believe and 
that I will well and truly execute the same in accordance with the laws of 
this State So help me God.
