Jackson to be drawn out of the part of his part. Item 3rd To my daughter Martha Ann Wilson or to her children five hundred dollars a note I now hold against S C Wilson to come out of the part of his part Item 4th To my son J D Yarbrough (or to his children) five hundred dollars also two lots of land I now hold that was will to him by his father at my death. Item 5th To my daughter Nannie L Patton or to her children five hundred dollars Item 6th My house hold and kitchen furniture to be equally divided between my three girls Mary J Jackson deceased her part to go to Martha F Nunnly and Molly W Jackson, Martha A Wilson and Nannie L Patton Item 7th All other property to be equally divided between my living children and if none living to be equal divided between my grandchildren Mary J Jackson (deceased) children J W Jackson H S Jackson Fannie F Nunnly Molly W Jackson Also the children of J D Yarbrough Nannie L Patton Martha A Wilson Item 8th I have by constitute and appoint my children J D Yarbrough executor and my two daughters Martha A Wilson Nannie L Patton my executrix off this my last will and testament hereby revoking all others have to fore made by me Item 9th I desire that no inventory or return be made by my executor or executrix after my death of my estate Turned over for signal Witness my hand and seal this the 28th day of September in the year 1883 Saly C Yarbrough Witnesses Robt H Allen H C Allen J F Allen signed sealed delivered and published by Sallie C Yarbrough as her last will and testament in the presence of us the subscribing witnesses who subscribed our names here to in the presence of said testator (at her special instance an request) and in the presence of each other this Sept 28th in the year 1883 Robert H Allen H C Allen J F Allen Item 7th I desire to change this Item 7th I want it to read All other property to be equally divided between my four children Mary J Jackson deceased to go to her four children James W Jackson H S Jackson Fannie F Nunnley & Mollie W Jackson Martha A Wilson J D Yarbrough Nannie L Patton M A Wilson Saly C Yarbrough J D Yarbrough Test N L Patton Georgia Pike County} Personally came before me J F Allen one of the witnesses to the within paper purporting to be the last will and testament of Mrs Sallie Yarbrough who being sworn saith that he together with Robert H Allen and H C Allen the other witnesses saw Mrs. Sallie Yarbrough sign the same as her will in their presence and that they all signed the same as witnesses at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other and that she was at the time of such signing and attestation of sound and disposing mind and memory and executed the within paper freely and voluntarily Sworn to & subscribed before me J F Allen this March 30th 1892 Harry Wells Ordinary Georgia Pike County} came before me in open court J D Yarbrough M A Wilson & N L Patton named as witnesses to the codicil of the last will of Sallie C Yarbrough, who being sworn says that they saw Mrs. S C Yarbrough sign the same, that she signed in their presence and they in hers and that she was at the time of sound and disposing mind & memory. Sworn to & subscribed before me J D Yarbrough this April 4th 1892 M A Wilson Harry Wells Ordinary N L Patton I do solemnly swear that this writing contains the true last will of the within named Sallie C Yarbrough deceased as far as I know or believe and that I will well and truly execute the same in accordance with the laws of this State So help me God.
