Pike County Will Book D, Page 199

Georgia Pike County}  I Jane F Crawley knowing the uncertainty of life and 
desiring to dispose of my property after death do make and publish this my 
last will and testament.
Item 1st   I will and bequeath all my property both real and personal (except 
as herein after provided) to Rebecca Ann Perry for and during her life and 
after her death to her children now living.
Item 2nd  I will & bequeath to Miss Emma Waggoner my niece one hundred dollars 
to be paid her in money out of my estate as a special legacy.
Item 3      At my death I desire that the sum of one hundred dollars be at 
once paid to Emma Waggoner and the balance of all my property be given to and 
turned over to my sister Rebecca Perry to be hers for life and at her death to 
her children now living
In witness I have hereto set my hand & seal this the 7th day of May 1885 in 
the presence of the witnesses
hereto signed & signed said will in               Jane F Crawley  (her mark)
