Nipper of the state and county aforesaid being desirous of having my affairs arranged for death do make this my last will and testament. My soul I trust shall return to God who gave it. I desire that my body shall have decent and Christian burial, and that a suitable tomb stone be put at mine and ? Gresham's grave to be paid for out of my effects. 2nd I will and bequeath to my son John L Gresham, five hundred dollars, that being the amount I have had to pay for my son William J Gresham, I desire the remainder of my effects to be equally divided between my sons W.J. Gresham and J. L. Gresham. I hereby appoint my sons W.J. & J. L. Gresham my executors of this my last will and testament. Catherine M. Nipper signed and published by Catherine M. Nipper, as her last will and testament in the presence of the undersigned who subscribe our names hereto as witnesses at the instance of the testator and in her presence and in the presence of each other This 28th day of April 1904} Witnesses W R Wright Lizzie Clark John T Cadenhead Georgia Pike County} Before me came John T Cadenhead named as a witness to the within writing purporting to be Mrs. Catherine M. Nipper, last will and being duly sworn saith that he with W.R. Wright and Mrs. Lizzie Clark, at the request of Mrs. Catherin M. Nipper and in her presence & in the presence of each other did attest as witnesses the within writing as Mrs. Catherin M. Nipper's will, the same was signed & published by Mrs. Catherine M. Nipper, in their presence as her last, that she was at the time of said attesting & signing by her of sound and disposing mind & memory that she executed the same within paper voluntarily. J T Cadenhead sworn to and subscribed before me this 7th day of October 1907 J W Means Ordinary We do solemnly swear that this writing contains the true last will of the within named Mrs. Catherine M.
