Item 1st I desire my body to be buried in a decent Christian burial in a manner _?_ to my condition in life at _?_ where my beloved wife and son Ellsbury are buried. Item 2nd I desire Executor and Administrator of my effects to give to my son in law Augustus F. Maddock my stallion (Tellegrafair)(?) and my cow (Lill) and her yearling calf. Item 3rd I also desire my Executor or Administrator to give to my daughter Jane Maddock Seventy dollars in gold and one dollar in silver which is now in her possession. Item 4th I desire my Executor or Administrator to give to my daughter Mary C. Robinson my _?_ mare (Fanny) my cow (Rosa) her yearling calf and ten dollars in gold which is in her possession. Item 5th I desire my executor or Administrator to divide equally between my son in law Augustus F. Maddock my daughter Mary C. Robinson the proceeds of the sales I myself have made of my house and lot in the village of Culloden(?) . I also desire my household and kitchen furniture to be equally divided between them. Item 6th I desire my Executor or Administrator out of the proceeds of my claims in Marion(?) county after it is collected to give to my three grand children F.L. Robinson his sister Elizabeth and Willie Robinson their cousin one hundred dollars each and the remainder if any to Augustus F. Maddock and Mary C. Robinson equally. Item 7th I hereby nominate and appoint my son in law A.F. Maddock and my daughter Mary C. Robinson executors of this my last will and testament.
