Keinbow [?] remain here the present year Cultivate my farm and divide the products of the crop equally among themselves Item 3rd If I should die during the present year I desire that my Stock land and all my effects be sold next fall and divided as per 4th Item Item 4th I desire that John A. Atkinson shall have only five dollars I having paid out for him several hundred dollars heretofore Item 5th I desire that the remainder of what my land stock and effects bring be equally divided among Mary Bishop, Jeremiah A. Keinbow [?] , Andrew J. Atkinson, Martha Bonds, Caroline Atkinson, Sally Weldon, Fanny Atkinson, W. J. Atkinson, and T. J. Atkinson except one cow and calf at twenty dollars and ten gallons of Brandy at two dollars and fifty cents per gallon which I have already paid to T. J. Atkinson I desire therefore that he should have the said forty five dollars deducted from his share in the dividing of the money which any effects bring when sold Item 6th I hereby appoint my sons A. J. and T. J. Atkinson executors and desire that they shall have this my last will and testament duly executed In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal acknowledging in the presence the foregoing to be my last Will and Testament in the presence of the undersigned witnesses Revoking any will or wills that I may heretofore have made and I acknowledge that the foregoing will contains 6 items to be my last will and testament and the same that I wish duly executed March 3rd 1875 Jeremiah Atkinson We the undersigned witnesses certify that we saw Jeremiah Atkinson sign the above and foregoing will acknowledging the same to be his last Will and Testament signing the same in his presence and in the presence of each other W. T. Godard J. A. Cook James P. Dumas Georgia Pike County We John A. Cook and W. T. Godard do solemnly swear that we saw Jeremiah Atkinson sign, seal and heard him publish and declare the within writing to be and contain his last Will and Testament and at the time thereof he was of sound disposing mind and memory and that he did it freely without compulsion to the best of our knowledge and belief and that we signed said Will in the presence of said Jeremiah Atkinson at his request and that we saw James P. Dumas the other witness sign the same as witness in the presence of Testator and in presence of each other on the day it purports to have been executed J. A. Cook W. T. Godard Sworn to and Subscribed before me in open this 5th day of April 1875 S. J. Blasingame Ordinary Pike County of Ordinary April Term 1875 Ordered by the court that the will of Jeremiah Atkinson be admitted to record as satisfactorily proven in common form and that the executors A. J. Atkinson W.J. Atkinson and T. J. Atkinson have leave to gratify and upon or [--?--] Letter Testamentary issue to them T. J. Blasingame Ordinary Georgia Pike County A. Atkinson W. J. Atkinson T. J. Atkinson do solemnly swear that this writing contains the true last will of the within named Jeremiah Atkinson deceased so far as we know or believe and that we will well and truly execute the same by paying first the debts and then the legacies contained in said will so far as his goods and chattels will thereunto extend and the law charge us and that we will make a true and perfect inventory of all such goods and chattels so help us God A.
