Item 2 When the general division of my Estate takes place I will that my property shall be divided equally amongst my Heirs with the exception that Stansover [?] B. Pitts children shall receive as a do notion all that proportionable [sp] part that I have hereunto assigned for him, but now it is given to his children for his use & benefit Item 3 In the event my wife should marry or die I will & desire that my estate be divided immediately agreeable to the foregoing provisions Item 4 I will that Allen [?] Pitts children shall receive that portion of my Estate that would have been his, had he not have died, also that they receive one hundred & fifty dollars over & above their proportionable part to be paid to them when each of them becomes of age March 26th 1842 Witness Moses R. Pitts was born about 1787 in South Carolina and died about 1842 In Pike County. He was married to Elizabeth Ray on 22 Dec 1820 in Wilkes County, Georgia. He came to Pike County in 1829.
