I give unto my wife Lorry a childs part, then to my sons John James Robert & William & to my daughter Elizabeth [--?--] all & each of them to have a equal share in my Estate & if my wife Lorry should have another child in due time for it to have a equal share with the rest of my children and I do hereby appoint & intrust [sp] my friend John Hill Junr. & Thomas Newel [sp] as my executors of this my last will & testament & I do hereby revoke & disannull [sp] all former wills & testaments by me made heretofore as null & void & I do hereby acknowledge this as my last will & testament in which whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affix my seal this 11th day of November 1832 Simpson Newel Signed, sealed & acknowledged in the presence of us James Riggins his mark James M. Hill Riley R. Kitchen his mark Georgia Pike County You James Riggins & James M. Hill swear that you saw Simpson Newell sign seal & publish & declare this writing to be and contain his last will & testament. That at the time thereof he was of sound disposing mind & memory. And that he did it freely without compulsion to the best of your knowledge. So help you God H. G. Johnson C. C. O. Samuel Riggins his mark James M. Hill I Thomas Newell do solemnly swear that this writing contains the true last will & Testament of the within named Simpson Newell deceased, so far as I know or believe & that I will well & truly execute the same by paying first the debts & then the legacies contained in said will as far as his goods & chattels will thereunto extend & the law charge me & that I will make a true & perfect inventory of all such goods & chattels.
