WARRENTY DEED

V. E. and G. L. BROWNLOW TO MACK A. HOBBS

GEORGIA, POLK COUNTY

THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into the 21st day of June in the year of our 
Lord Nineteen Hundred and Fifty-one between V. E. and G. L. BROWNLOW of the 
one part, and MACK A. HOBBS of the other part,

Witnesseth: That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the 
sum of Two Thousand Dollars in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged, hath granted, sold and conveyed unto the said MACK A. HOBBS his 
heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being 
in the County of Polk State of Georgia as follows: Land Lots No. 427 and 428, 
in the 21st District and 3rd Section of Polk County, Georgia, each lot 
containing 40 acres, more of less. Being the same property as described in 
deeds as of record in Deed Book 73, page 51 and Book 75, page 359, Clerk’s 
office of Polk Superior Court which said tract or parcel of land the said V. 
E. and G. L. BROWNLOW, will well truly warrant and defend from the claim of 
all persons whatsoever, unto the said MACK A. HOBBS his heirs and assigns, 
forever, fee simple.

In Testimony Whereof, The said V. E. and G. L. BROWNLOW hath hereunto set 
their hands and seals, the day and year above written.
