Administrator's Sale.

Agreeable to an order from the Hon. Court of Ordinary for Polk County, Geo. 
Will be sold at public outcry, on the first Tuesday in February next, before 
the Court House door in Cedartown, within the legal hours of sale:
The negroes belonging to Jesse B. Battle, late of Polk county, deceased, 
being eight in number, to wit:
Anthony, a man about 34 years of age
Mary his wife, about 30 years of age
Reuben, their son, about 6 years of age
Lee their son about 8 years of age
Hezekiah their son about 4 months of age
Frank, a man about 30 years of age
Allen, a man about 22 years of age
Criseena, a girl about 6 years of age.

Although the date on the page says 1862 I believe that it is a misprint and 
these adds are really in 1863 (all of the surrounding pages are 1863).--Laurel
