He grew up in Mexico, Mo. and lived most of his adult life in the Kansas City, Mo. area. Mr. Bezner had been employed as a chemical engineer, having worked for Hercules Powder in Kansas City and Salt Lake City, and Church and Dwight in Green River until his retirement in 1975. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Green River, Wyo. Survivors include: son, Rick Bezner of Los Angeles; sister, Elaine Heyd of Cedartown; and one granddaughter, Sarah Mickelson. Private graveside services and internment took place in Winchester, Kan. Fox Funeral Home, Rock Springs, Wyo., was in charge of the arrangements.
