The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA, January 28, 2003
Sultana T. Blanchett, 87, of 225 Philpot St., Cedartown, passed away Monday, 
Jan. 20, 2003. She was born Aug. 2, 1915 in Alabama. She retired from Goodyear 
Tire & Rubber Company. She was preceded in death by her parents, Riley Cole and 
Hassie Shaw Cole; brothers, Hubert & Roy Cole; sisters, Odessa Woods, Gertrude 
Biggers and Vera Hutcheson Cooper. Survivors include son, Richard Cole; 2 
grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services were conducted 
Thursday, Jan. 23, at 2 p.m. at Northview Cemetery. Rev. Tommy Forrister 
officiated. Interment followed in Northview Cemetery. Gammage Funeral Home was
