The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA, February 15, 2004
Franklin Thomas Carter, 48, of 154 Abner Dr., Cedartown, passed away Sunday, 
Feb. 15, 2004. He was born Aug. 14, 1955 in San Jose, Calif. and was a member 
of the New Etna Baptist Church. Surviving are: father, Harold F. Carter; 
mother, Claudette Carter both of Cedartown; son, Don Carter of Calif.; brother, 
Robert Carter of Cedartown and sister Rhonda Berthold of Calif. Funeral 
services were held Feb. 19 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of the Lester C. Litesey 
Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Thomas. Interment followed in the Northview 
Cemetery. The Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.
