The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA, September 18, 2003
Imogene Chambers, 59, of 985 Piedmont Ave. Cedartown passed away Sunday, 
September 14, 2003. She was born in Cherokee County, Ala. She was preceded in 
death by her parents, Lewis Earl and Bessie Mae Mann; sister, Dorothy Wylene 
Thorne and Brother Samuel Lewis Mann. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy 
Dorsey Chambers; daughter, Wylene Worthy; sons, Jimmy D. Chambers, Jr., Lewis 
Gene Chambers; sisters, Shirley Mae Stephens, Ella Jane Timms. Two 
grandchildren also survive. Funeral Services for Mrs. Imogene Chambers were 
conducted Tuesday, September 16, 2003 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the Gammage 
Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Finnell officiating. The interment followed in 
Northview Cemetery. Pallbearers: Billy Chambers, Chesley Chambers, Ernest 
Stephens, Talmadge Chambers, Trey Chambers, Jimmy Chambers, Jr. Honorary 
Pallbearers: Dr. John S. Kirkland and Redmond Regional Nursing Care. Gammage 
Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements. (The Cedartown Standard,
