The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA, April 28, 2004
Mrs. Hattie Lucille Elizabeth Darden, 76, died April 7, 2004. Mrs. Darden was 
born April 21, 1927 in Chattanooga, TN to the late Nez and Hattie Turner. She 
was employed at Engineered Fabrics, formerly Goodyear, for over 20 years. She 
was preceded in death by siblings, M.H. Turner, Calvin Turner, and Roberta 
Bradley. Surviving are husband of 56 years, Forrest Eugene Darden; children, 
Dorothy Talley Lusby, Judy Mitchell, and Jeffery Darden; brother, Homer Turner; 
sister, Gladys Stocks; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; host of 
nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. The funeral service and interment were 
conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 11, 2004 from the Church of the Lord Jesus 
with Bishop Elder Wesley Braziel and other ministers officiating. Wingfield 
Funeral Home, Cedartown, had charge of arrangements. (The Cedartown Standard,
