Dorothy Inez Robinson Davis, 74, of 11 Meadow Brook Lane, Dallas, passed away 
Monday, April 7, 2003. She was born in Polk County on Oct. 5, 1928. She was a 
member of the Bellview Baptist Church and was a retired seamstress from the 
Tinque Brown Company of Atlanta, following 22 years of service. She was 
preceded in death by her parents, Stella Wallace Robinson and the late James 
Roy Robinson, and her husband, James Alwyn Davis, Sr. Survivors include a 
daughter, Judy Wietharn of Chicago, IL; a son, James A. “Jimmy” Davis of Villa 
Rica; brothers, Billy Robinson, Wallace Robinson and Mickey Robinson, all of 
Rockmart; 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and 
nephews. Funeral services were held Thursday, April 10, at 2 p.m. in the 
Bellview Baptist Church with the Rev. Owen Davis, Jr. officiating. Interment 
followed in the family lot in Bellview Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers 
were Keith Wietharn, Jimmy Davis, Bubba Davis, Brent Blankenship, Tony Robinson 
and Jerry Robinson. Honorary escorts were Jodi Wietharn and Jada Blankenship.
