The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA., February 17, 2004
Charles F. Dugger, 72, passed away Feb. 6, 2004. He was born in Pendleton, Ind. 
Mr. Dugger joined the Navy and later retired in Cedartown. He was preceded in 
death by his parents, Fred and Pearl Dugger; sister, Mary Level and sons, 
William and Kevin. Survivors include his wife, Arlene Dugger and his children, 
Pat Mullen, Debbie Johnson, David Dugger, Kathy Snyder, Michael Dugger, Cheryl 
Kline, Tim Dugger, Tammy Zimpleman, Kyle Dugger and Lori Richardson. His 
brother, George and his sister, Violet and many nieces and nephews also 
survive. Memorial services were held at Oakgrove Baptist Church on Sunday, Feb. 
15 at 2 p.m. Cremation Society of the South had charge of the arrangements.
