The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA, August 19, 2003
Mary Worsham Edwards, 84, died at her home in Aragon on Aug. 11. She was born 
on March 26, 1919 in Bartow County. She was preceded in death by her husband of 
61 years, Charles Richard Edwards; father, H.T. Worsham; mother, Mary E. 
Bailey; two daughters, one sister and one brother. She is survived by: four 
daughters, Mary Ann Jarrell of Aragon; Geraldine Gazaway of Rome, Beth Wilson 
of Tallapoosa, Delane Ridgeway of Ala.; two sons, Homer Lee Edwards of 
Cedartown, Dallas T. Edwards of Ariz.; one sister, three brothers; 15 
grandchildren, 22, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. 
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Aug. 13, at 2 p.m. from the Chapel of 
Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Ritch and Rev. R.B. Hulsey officiating. 
Interment followed at the Polk Memory Gardens. Pallbearers included: Richard 
Cheatwood, Allen Bowman, Cliff Brinegar, Danny Dugan, Horacio Ruiz, Scott 
Coalson and Chuck Parish, with Dallas and Wallace Worsham serving as the 
honorary pallbearers. The Gammage Funeral Home was in charge of the
