Mrs. Lois S. Fowler, 89, 23 Fowler Rd., Rockmart, died December 24, 2003. Mrs. 
Fowler was born April 4, 1914 in Polk County, a daughter of the late Willard 
Wood and Mary Lou Sanders Wood. She had lived most of her life in Polk County 
where she was a member of the Euharlee Baptist Church and a former employee of 
the Aragon Mill. She was preceded in death by husband, Mr. Bill Fowler; sons, 
Mr. Wayne Streetman and Mr. Jimmy Streetman. Surviving are daughter, Mrs. Mary 
S. Holley, Rockmart; son, William Howard Streetman, Rockmart; 11 grandchildren; 
23 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren. The funeral service was 
conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday December 27, 2003 in Euharlee Baptist Church with 
Rev. Josh Cowart, Rev. Dewey Atchley and Rev. Carlton Rogers officiating. 
Interment was held in Rose Hill Cemetery. Grandsons served as pallbearers. The 
Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. (The Rockmart
