Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA., May 13, 2003
Billy Wayne Gazaway, 64, of #1 West St., Aragon passed away Monday, May 5, 2003 
in a Cedartown hospital. He was born October 27, 1938 in Polk County. He was an 
employee of Polk County Road Department for 34 years and a member of Aragon 
Baptist Church. Survivors include daughter Marie Malcom of Douglasville; 
brothers, Bobby Gazaway, Larry Gazaway and Dickie Gazaway, all of Aragon; and 1 
grandson. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, May 7 at 4 p.m. from 
Aragon Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Clinton officiating. Interment followed in 
Rockmart Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Chris Keeton, Keith Rainey, John 
Pope, Tracy Garrison, Robert Flippo, J.T. Jarrad, James Carter and Randy 
Fincher. Freeman Harris Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
