Mary Elizabeth Roberson Blanks, age 74, of 1102 Burleyson Drive, Dalton, passed 
away Thursday, Jan. 21, 1993.  Mrs. Blanks was born May 23, 1918 in Polk County 
and was of the Holiness Faith.  She was a retired employee of Harriett 
Henderson Yarn Mill.  She is preceded in death by her husband: Carl Andrew 
Blanks.  Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Joyce Blanks, Livingston, Cohutta; 
one son, Mr. Donald Blanks, Riverdale; one sister Corrie Roberson, Cedartown; 
two brothers, Carl Roberson, Cedartown; Kenneth Roberson, Roswell, ten 
grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren also survive.  Funeral Services were 
held Saturday, Jan. 23, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home 
with the Rev. Clifford Chandler officiating.  Interment followed in the 
Northview Cemetery.  The Gammage Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.
