Stephens Wend@bellsouth.net July 12, 2004, 7:10 pm Cedartown Standard, Thursday, January 31, 1918 Mr. and Mrs. Jas. Dean, Jr., of Rockmart have much sympathy in the death of their little son, Ralph, who passed away early Saturday morning and was laid tenderly to rest in the New Prospect cemetery Sunday afternoon. He is survived by his parents, and several little brothers and sisters. Also his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Cicero Kinney and Mr. and Mrs. Jas. Dean, Sr., and a large circle of relatives. This was his second year in school, and his little schoolmates will be sorry to learn of his death. We would say to the heart-broken parents: "Weep not for Ralph, for he is not dead, but only sleeping until the resurrection morn."
