John Harris, the Negro who murdered Policeman Drasbach in Atlanta while the 
latter was attempting to arrest him, was hanged, Friday. This is what Atlanta 
had needed for some time, the legal execution of murderer of a police officer, 
and it should have a strong deterrent effect on the criminal element of that 
city.
