Stephens wend@bellsouth.net March 24, 2004, 2:20 pm The Cleburne News, Heflin, AL, 11-20-2003) Funeral Services for Annie Bell Smith, 89, of Heflin were held Nov. 12 at Dryden Funeral Home in Heflin with Revs. Ronnie Williams and Kenneth Howell officiating. Burial was in Upper Cane Creek Cemetery. Mrs. Smith died Nov. 10 at her home. She was born Feb. 20, 1914. Mrs. Smith, a Cleburne County native and lifelong resident, was a member of Heflin Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hoyt Smith; and two sons, Billy Smith and William Smith. Survivors include a daughter, Joyce Holley and her husband, Leonard, of Heflin; a son, James Earl Smith of Heflin; five sisters, Jeanette Daniel, Reenie Ginn, Dorothy Smith and Hattie Williams, all of Fruithurst, and Linnie Peters of Chattanooga, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.Pallbearers were grandsons and nephews (The Cleburne News, Heflin, AL, 11-20-2003) This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.org/gafiles/ File size: 1.4 Kb
