George Lee Anderson, 71, of 812 Georgia Ave., Cedartown, passed away Nov. 23, 
2003. He was born in Polk County and had been in the maintenance department of 
the Cedartown Paper Board for a number of years. He was preceded in death by 
his parents, William Anderson and Fleecie Popham Anderson and wife, Edna Mae 
Bowen Anderson. Survivors include: sons, Curtis Anderson and Dixie Anderson; 
and daughters, Kimberly Jones, Vickie Nicholson, Angie Lorrens, Nancy Garrett 
and Robin Anderson. Funeral services for were conducted on Tuesday, Nov. 25, at 
2 p.m. in the Chapel of the Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home with Dr. James Guy 
officiating. Interment followed in the Polk Memory Gardens. The Lester C. 
Litesey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. (Cedartown Standard,
