Kenneth Warren Bailey, Sr., 63, of 591 Lindsey Chapel Rd., Cedartown, passed 
away Friday, May 30, 2003. He was born August 10, 1939 in Polk County. He was 
preceded in death by his parents, Wm. Hoyt Bailey and Elizabeth Allen Bailey, 
and a sister, Sherry Bailey. Survivors include wife, Johnnie Wynell Bailey; 
daughters, Kimberly Robinson and Jacqueline Miller; son, Kenneth “Chip” Bailey, 
Jr., sisters, Deborah Cotton and Linda Jolley; brothers, Ricky McElwee and Tony 
McElwee; seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services 
were conducted Sunday, June 1, 2003 at 3 p.m. at Eastview Baptist Church with 
Rev. Reginald Campbell officiating. Interment followed in Northview Cemetery. 
Pallbearers were Neal Jolley, Neal Jolley Jr., Jeffery Parrish, Darren Parrish, 
Keith Watson, and Shane Kelley. Gammage Funeral Home was in charge of the
