(The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA., February 19, 2004)
Pauline Lester Cauthen, 86, of Highway 100, Buchanan, passed away Saturday, 
Feb. 14., 2004. Survivors include: her husband, William Cauthen of Buchanan; 
sons, Roger Cauthen of Athens, Jerry Cauthen of Bremen; brothers Edward Lester 
of Marietta and Cecil Lester and Howard Lester, both of Cedartown. Six 
grandchildren also survive. Funeral services were conducted Monday, Feb. 16, at 
3 p.m., in the New Canaan Baptist Church with Rev. Dan Currin and speaker Mark 
Wade officiating. Interment followed in the New Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery. 
The Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home made this announcement locally for family
