Stephens Wend@bellsouth.net May 12, 2004, 10:25 am (Cedartown Standard, December 18, 1902) Mrs. Wiggins, A very serious accident happened here last Tuesday. Old Mrs. Wiggins was burned to death. She was the wife of old Uncle Bill Wiggins, and was well liked by all who knew her. The death was a terrible shock, as no one was present but her husband. He dill all in his power to quench the fire but failed, and she departed this life about 9 o’clock p.m. Her remains were taken to Sardis church at Fish on Thursday for burial. The bereaved have our sympathy. (Cedartown Standard, December 18, 1902) This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.org/gafiles/ File size: 1.0 Kb
