Stephens stephens2247@bellsouth.net October 12, 2006, 11:47 am Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA., April 8, 2004 B.C. Bonnie Holbrooks, of Adamson Dr., passed away April 3, 2004. He was born March 4, 1933 in Polk County. He was retired from Fox Manufacturing Company of Rome, and was also employed by the Rome Transit Department as a bus driver. He served in the United States Army. Mr. Holbrooks was the son of the late Bonnie J. and Flossie Holbrooks. He is survived by: son, Steven Holbrooks of Rome; daughter, Lisa McCleod of Ringgold; sisters, Dorothy Blair of Lindale and Lucy Dean of Cedartown; and former wife, Shirley Holbrooks. Four grandchildren also survive. Graveside services were held Monday, April 6, at 2 p.m., in the Northview Cemetery with Rev. Ladell Jacobs officiating. Pallbearers were J.C. McCord, John Dean, William “Bill” Casey, Tim Whorton, Eron Smart and Michael Poole. Gammage Funeral Home of Cedartown was in charge of the arrangements.
