Stephens stephens2247@bellsouth.net October 13, 2006, 8:44 am Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA., March 25, 2004 Julie Oderene Ingram, 88, of 1163 Old Cedartown Road, Rockmart, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2004. Mrs. Ingram was born July 4, 1915 in Cedartown, daughter of the late Lula Bowman Brazier and the late Frank Braizer. She was a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church of Cedartown was employed with the Polk School District at Eastside Elementary School in Rockmart. She was preceded in death by her former husbands, James Caroll Couey and Melt Lorrens. Surviving are: husband, Emmitt L. Ingram; three daughters, Margaret Jo Merritt of Cedartown, Mary Lou Ballew of Atlanta; Jo Cheatwood of Cedartown; a brother, Amos Brazier of Cedartown; six grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren and great- great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Monday, March 22, at 4 p.m. in the Chapel of the Freeman Funeral Home with the Rev. Royce Campbell officiating. Interment followed in the family lot of the Pine Bower Baptist Church in Cedartown. Pallbearers were: Jr. Ballew, Bill Carmichael, Jerry Baldwin, Jack Ingram, Steve Ingram and Tony Ingram. The Freeman Harris Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.
