Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA., September 09, 2003
Brenda Sue Jones, 54, 70 Wimberly Hill Rd., Cedartown, passed away Thursday, 
Sept. 4. She was born April 7, 1949 in Haralson County and was a member of the 
Wimberly Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Leonard 
Reddish and nephew, Daniel Lee Reddish. Surviving are: mother, Viola Hindman 
Reddish; husband, Michael Jones; stepsons, Paul Jones and Chris Jones; brother, 
Cecil E. Reddish; sisters Lillian R. Davis and Joyce R. Mabie; a grandchild and 
a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Sunday, Sept. 7 in 
the Wimberly Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Waddell, Rev. Moses Wilson and 
Rev. John Hooper officiating. Interment followed at the Wimberly Hill cemetery. 
Pallbearers were: Dewayne Davis, Douglas Davis, Terre Davis, Ronnie Jones, Greg 
Crawford and Jeff Cornwell. The family asks that flowers be omitted and 
memorial contributions made to the American Cancer Society. The Lester C. 
Litesey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. (Cedartown Standard,
