The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA., June 18, 2003
Kate Moody Kearley, 87, of Canton passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2003. She 
was born on June 20, 1915 and was a member of the First Methodist Church of 
Canton. Survivors include daughter, Joan Gilmore of Cedartown; son, Richard 
Kearley of Waleska, Ga.; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Funeral 
services were conducted on Saturday, June 14 from the Chapel of the Huey 
Funeral Home in Canton. Interment followed in Cherokee Memorial Park. The Huey 
Funeral Home of Canton, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements. This 
announcement is made for the family by the Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home. (The
