The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA, February 2004
Franklin William Kelley, 51, of 3100 Huntington Road, passed away Saturday, 
Feb. 14, 2004. He was born Nov. 1, 1952 in Floyd County and was a veteran of 
the U.S. Army. Survivors include: father, William Franklin Kelley; mother, 
Leona Jane Maples Kelley; and sisters, Brenda Hopkins, Elaine Courson and 
Sandra Garner. One nephew and three nieces also survive. Graveside services 
were held Friday, Feb. 20, at 2 p.m., at Polk Memory Gardens with full military 
rites being conducted by the Brewster-Cleveland American Legion Post 86. 
Gammage Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. (The Cedartown 
Standard, Cedartown, GA.)
