Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA., November 18, 2003  
Elson Tifton Langley, 79, of 235 E. Girard Ave., Cedartown, passed away Nov. 8, 
2003. He was born in Randolph Co. Ala. He was preceded in death by his parents, 
Benjamin Odus Langley and Ammie McClendon Langley. Survivors include: wife, 
Dorothy Simmons Langley; and daughters, Jane Langley Lumpkin and Jill Langley 
Grimes. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 11, at 11 a.m. from Gammage 
Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Heaton officiating. Interment followed 
in the Northview Cemetery. Full Military Rites were conducted by Brewster and 
Cleveland American Legion #86. Gammage Funeral Home was in charge of the
