The Rockmart Journal, Rockmart, GA, January 2004
Mrs. Lisa Helen Locklear, 39, Carrollton, died December 27, 2003. Mrs. Locklear 
was born in Carroll County on June 30, 1964, daughter of Helen Holmes Jenkins 
and the late David Jenkins. She was a homemaker and member of Happy Valley 
Baptist Church. Surviving are husband, Wayne Locklear; sons, Albert John Brock, 
Carrollton and Matthew Brock, Carrollton; mother, Helen H. Jenkins, Carrollton; 
grandmother, Louise Holmes, Carrollton; sisters, Kimberly Brook, Carrollton and 
Theresa Dunn, Aragon; brothers, Curtis N. Dobbs, Cedartown and Joseph Dobbs, 
Carrollton. The funeral service was conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 31, 
2003 at Happy Valley Baptist Church with Rev. Eddie Wyatte and Rev. Charles 
Dyer officiating. Interment was held in Carroll Memory Gardens. Pallbearers 
were Michael Powell, Mike Shipp, Jason Shipp, Mike Paschal and Kevin Cameron. 
Almon Funeral Home, Carroll-ton, had charge of arrangements. (The Rockmart
