The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA, January 30, 2003
Grady Carl McCrickard, 68, of 677 Substation Road, passed away Saturday, Jan. 
25, 2003. He was born April 5, 1934 in Polk County and was a member of Friendly 
Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford Grady 
McCrickard and Inez Boling McCrickard, and his son, David McCrickard. Survivors 
include his wife, Joanne Sorrells McCrickard of Cedartown; sons, Wayne 
McCrickard of Cedartown and Ron McCrickard of Cedar Bluff, AL; daughter, Cheryl 
McCrickard Edwards of Cedartown; and 4 grandchildren. Funeral services were 
conducted Tuesday, January 28, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of the Lester C. Litesey 
Funeral Home. Rev. R. B. Hulsey and Rev. Owen Davis, Jr. officiated. Interment 
followed in the Northview Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Jim Crawford, Billy Lee, 
Roy Watts, Cowboy Folsom, Verdell Hulsey and Kenneth Hulsey. The Lester C. 
Litesey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. (The Cedartown
