The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA, August 26, 2003
Robert Franklin Miller, 59, of 454 Paulding Ln, Dallas, formerly of Cedartown, 
passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2003. He was born April 11, 1944 in Polk County 
and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. 
He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell Franklin and Mamie Inez Blair 
Miller. Survivors include wife, Betty Stone Miller; brother, Benjamin Lee 
Miller; sisters, Gladys Skates, Betty Winkles, and Mary Beatris Miller. 
Funeral services were conducted Friday, August 22, at 2 p.m. in the Church of 
Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints with speakers Mike Gravely and Elbert Angel. 
Interment followed in Oak Grove cemetery. Pallbearers were Randy Winkles, 
Franklin Winkles, Eddie Bevels, Steve Cheatwood, David Skates, and Elbert
