Janet Louise Arvin, 41, of 391 Randall Rd., Cave Spring passed away Thursday, 
May 1, 2003. She was born in Rome. She was preceded in death by her parents, 
James Paul Wells and Thelma Louise Crawford Wells. Survivors include her 
husband, Arlie Joe Blankenship; daughter, Mandy Cornejo; sister, Judy Richards; 
brothers, Charles F. Wells, Sr. and Randy P. Wells; 4 grandchildren and a 
number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted Sunday, May 4 at 
4 p.m. in the Gammage Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Cox officiating. 
Interment followed in the Valley View Cemetery. Pallbearers were Wayne 
Richards, Larry Atkins, Brad Greene, Ray Richards, James Spears and Ronnie 
Crawford. The Gammage Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
