Stephens wend@bellsouth.net April 17, 2004, 12:23 pm (The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA., September 9, 2003) Pansy Louise Bennett, 76, of 1005 Mountain Home Rd., Cedartown passed away Thursday, Aug. 28, in an out of town hospital. She was born July 12, 1927 in DeKalb Co., Ala. and was a member of Mountain Home Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Hoyt Paris and Arnold E. Bennett and her father, William David Hardeman. Survivors include: sons, Danny R. Paris and David L. Paris; sister, Mrs. Sam Knight, three grandchildren and two great- grandchildren also survive. Funeral services for Mrs. Bennett were conducted Saturday, Aug. 30, at 4 p.m. from the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Anthony Trawick officiating. The interment followed in Sanders Cemetery. Pallbearers: Bobby Wheeler, Alvin Hopkins, Norvel Knight, Carl Knight, Darrell Knight, and Vernon Knight. Gammage Funeral Home of Cedartown had charge of the arrangements.
