Thomas E. Brock, 81, of Cedartown, passed away Monday, May 26, 2003 at his 
residence. He was born August 29, 1921. He was preceded in death by his 
parents, Richard and Annie Ruth Grimes Brock; sisters, Avie Brock Worthy and 
Atha Brock Allen; brothers, Jim, Joe, and John Cooper Brock. Survivors include 
his wife of 56 years, Louise M. Brock; son, Thomas “Jabby” Brock Jr; brothers, 
Garland W. Brock, Sr., and Abner D. Brock; sister, Rebecca Yearty; and two 
granddaughters. Graveside services were conducted Wednesday, May 28, 2003 at 11 
a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery with Dr. David Taylor and Rev. Wayne Benefield 
officiating. Pallbearers were Paul Wallace, Pete Rogers, J.W. Daniel, Dennis 
Vincent, Garland Brock Jr., and Jimmy Vincent. Gammage Funeral Home was in
