(Cedartown Standard, Thursday, October 31, 1918) 
Miss Mamie Heath, Mr. and Mrs. T. A. Heath, of Jenifer, Ala., brought the 
remains of their daughter, Miss Mamie, here Tuesday for interment, funeral 
services being conducted yesterday afternoon by Rev. J. D. Larkins at the home 
of Mr. Harvey Bridges. She was a trained nurse, and died from the influenza, 
contracted in the discharge of her duties. The many old friends of the family 
here sympathize with them in their bereavement. (Cedartown Standard, Thursday,
