Langley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Purcell, died March 16th, in Gordon County, Mr. White officiating at the funeral. A good and useful woman has passed away. She was a faithful member of the Missionary Baptist Church and an effective worker in all its departments, especially the prayer meeting. She assured her loved ones she was ready to go. Besides her parents, she leaves a husband and one daughter. Four brothers and one sister to mourn her going away. May God care for and comfort them all.
