Lillie Mae Clinton, 83, passed away Saturday, Nov. 22, 1997 in a Rome hospital. 
Mrs. Clinton was born Jan. 11, 1927 in Paulding County. She was a member of 
Euharlee Baptist Church and an employee of Dunn Quick Stop. She was preceded in 
death by a son, William Owen Clinton. Surviving are: husband, Junior L. Clinton 
of Aragon; two daughters, Beverly Clinton and Reba Faye Waters, both of Aragon; 
two brothers Floyd Morris and Raiford Morris, both of Aragon; two sisters, 
Coraline Thompson and Georgetta Morris, both of Buchanan; and two 
grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 24, at 2 p.m., from the 
Freeman Harris Funeral Home, with Rev. Jim Moon and Rev. Charles Cornwell 
officiating. Interment followed in Aragon Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Franklin 
Morris, Jerry Morris, Randall Morris, Thomas L. Cagle, Larry Pittman, Tim 
Morris, Larry Morris, and Keith Morris. Nieces and nephews served as honorary 
pallbearers. The Freeman Harris Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.
