The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA
Willie Floyd Couzzort, Jr., 53, passed away Saturday, Oct. 18, 1997 following 
an extended illness. Mr. Couzzort was born Aug. 17, 1944 in Polk County. He is 
survived by: wife, Penny Coleman Couzzort of Cedartown, daughter, Diane Bagley 
of Cedartown; two sons, Willie Floyd Couzzort, III, of Pearl, Miss., and Tommy 
Couzzort; mother, Annie Dutton Couzzort of Cedartown; brother, Cecil Couzzort 
of Cedartown; and 10 grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday, Oct. 20, 
at 2 p.m., from the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home, with the Rev. R.B. 
Hulsey and the Rev. Dick Austin officiating. Interment followed in Northview 
Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were: Todd McCray, Scott McCray, Donnie 
Spradling, Johnny Coleman, Eddie Dutton and Jamie Hayes. The Gammage Funeral 
Home had charge of the arrangements.
